These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of HomeMind, including the HomeMind mobile app, website, subscriptions, exports, partner handoff features, and related services. By creating an account or using HomeMind, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use HomeMind.
HomeMind helps homeowners and trusted household members organize records tied to a home, including appliances, systems, filters, warranties, receipts, manuals, photos, maintenance reminders, projects, and handoff/export information.
HomeMind is an organizational tool. It does not replace licensed professional advice, inspection, legal guidance, insurance guidance, or emergency services.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the email or login method used to access HomeMind and for maintaining control of your device and account. You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.
You may invite other household members or trusted users into a shared home record. You are responsible for deciding who can access or receive the information you store.
You retain ownership of the records, photos, documents, and other content you upload to HomeMind. By using HomeMind, you grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, organize, back up, and improve the service.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and share the content you add to HomeMind.
HomeMind may offer paid subscriptions such as HomeMind Plus. Subscription pricing, billing cycle, features, and renewal terms are shown in the app before purchase.
For iOS users, subscriptions are billed through Apple. For Android users, subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing terms shown at purchase.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.
iOS subscriptions are also subject to Apple’s Standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Android purchases are also subject to Google Play terms: https://play.google.com/intl/en-US_us/about/play-terms.html
HomeMind can help you save emergency information such as shutoff locations, breaker panel notes, or maintenance reminders. You are still responsible for verifying the accuracy and current condition of those records.
HomeMind does not guarantee that reminders, exports, or stored information will prevent property damage, equipment failure, emergency loss, or maintenance issues.
If you use HomeMind to export, transfer, hand off, or share a home record, you are responsible for reviewing what information is included before sharing it with another person.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HomeMind after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
HomeMind is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeMind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
